Hams and Quads at 3, 3x12 and bi's and tri's at 4, 3x12
I really need a new weight routine, but first I need to purchase some 10 lb free weights. Once I do that I will add squats and lunges and then some free weights for my upper body. I probably should do something about an ab workout, but blah.
