Elliptical Machine, 20 minutes, 2.24 miles
Ran: 2 miles in 20 minutes
Well, I was supposed to run 5 miles, but when I got there someone was WALKING on the treadmill. For like 25 minutes. So I improvised and did something until I could get on that treadmill. Then I had to leave because the day must go on after all. Oh well.
