Today's Goal: Temp Run, 4 miles including Warm-up; 2 miles @ 9:50; Cool Down

Distance Ran: 4 miles
Mile 1 at level 5.5
Miles 2 and 3 at 6.3 (these two miles at 9:40 per mile)
Mile 4 at 5.5 and cool down at 4 last 4 minutes

Total Workout time: 44.56
Incline Level: 1 and 1.5 varying
Calories Burned: 475

Today after I ran I thought I would see how many REAL push-ups I can do.  The answer is 3 and that last one was borderline.  I certainly am not getting my nose down to the ground on any of them, but only about halfway there.  I am going to do 3 every day for one week, then add one more and do 4 every day for one week.  So on and so forth until I can do 50 pushups in one sitting.   Fun!
