Today's Goal: Rest or XTrain

Today's Workout: 5 minute warm-up on recumbent bicycle
Distance Ellipticalled: 2.24 miles
Time of Workout: 20 minutes

I also did 3 REAL push-ups and some stretching.  I need to be better about stretching, it felt so good and my muscles were way too tight!
