Today's Goal 4 mi, inc. warm up; 2x1600 in 9:18 (1600 is just shy of 1 mile) w/800 jogs (1/2 mile); cool down

Today's Workout:  4 miles in 47:15
Details: Walked for first .3 miles, then speed 5.5 (jog) until .75
              Speed 6.5 (9:13 per mile) from .75 to 1.75  
              Speed 5.5 jogging from 1.75 until 2.25
              Speed 6.5 (9:13 per mile) from 2.25 until 3.25
              Speed 7.2 all the way down to walking at 3.5 for the last .75


I wanted to blow up the treadmill today, and my hamstrings were killing me.  Darn you Jillian!

I completed my goal though.
