Monday. November 15th 2010

Distance Ellipticalled = 3 miles
Time of workout = 28 minutes

I worked out with T this morning, it is good to have someone to talk with again.  You may also noticed that it is Monday.  I am trying to workout every morning, running on Tues and Thurs and Sat for sure and other days if the treadmill is available.
Fun fun fun!


  1. :D Do you usually do the treadmill instead of the elliptical because it's harder core? Or because you prefer it...

  2. I switch it up, my new goal is to workout monday through saturday. I HAVE to run on Tues thurs and Sat and then whatever plus weights on the other days.
    I am trying to pretend that I am in marathon training for next spring, but I am not sure that 3 mile runs at .5 incline will get me there. It is just a means to an end when it will be warm and I can run outside again. In six months or so?
