I HAVE to run on Tues thurs and Sat and then whatever plus weights on the other days. <br />I am trying to pretend that I am in marathon training for next spring, but I am not sure that 3 mile runs at .5 incline will get me there. It is just a means to an end when it will be warm and I can run outside again.
