Today's Goal: 6 miles

Today's Workout: 3.2 miles in 33 minutes

Today was a nice morning, so after my run I decided to run around the street at a sprint.  Sort of to test the waters of the outdoor run.  Man!  Treadmill running is so much different than outdoor running!  I have a lot of work to do.
