Other info: Level 1, 509 calories, walked 2 minutes to warm-up, 5.5 speed for most of it, last 8 minutes were between level 6 and 7.
It was hard today, that's all. I really need to get to costco and get some more yogurt because I need to eat before these runs and that is the only thing that sits well in my stomach.
