Today's Goal: Rest or Xtrain
Today's Workout: 30 minutes, 3.0 miles on the elliptical.
Nothing new to report here, except I have been a slacker in most ways imaginable. I haven't run since Tuesday morning and have been eating crap. Lots of crap. Needless to say I have not logged into my fitness pal all week, I don't want to see how many pounds I am going to gain if I keep this up. Really.
Running 5 miles tomorrow!
