Distanced cycled: 3 miles in 10 minutes
Bi and tri 3x12 , level 4 on biceps and level 3 on triceps
quads and hams 3x12 both on level 3
Not a lot of cardio today, but I got in some good weight lifting. That'll do pig.

:D That'll do pig? You always make me laugh. And it's 10 lbs/level. So you did 30-40 pounds today (go you!)
