Today's Goal: Easy Run, 3 miles at 11:24 per mile
Today's Workout: 3 miles in 30 minutes, 10 minutes per mile
I had to hurry today, I slept in and still wanted to get a run in before N left for work. Basically I had a time crunch and it helped me run faster than I needed too. This is totally how I work, I love a deadline and I work well under pressure, even when it is self created. Some call it procrastination, I call it motivation. I think I might do this more often...
