I worked out with T this morning, it is good to have someone to talk with again. You may also noticed that it is Monday. I am trying to workout every morning, running on Tues and Thurs and Sat for sure and other days if the treadmill is available.

:D Do you usually do the treadmill instead of the elliptical because it's harder core? Or because you prefer it...
ReplyDeleteI switch it up, my new goal is to workout monday through saturday. I HAVE to run on Tues thurs and Sat and then whatever plus weights on the other days.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to pretend that I am in marathon training for next spring, but I am not sure that 3 mile runs at .5 incline will get me there. It is just a means to an end when it will be warm and I can run outside again. In six months or so?
